Dos Claveles is Toro Albalá’s young wine. It is a dry, refreshing wine made from early‑harvest Pedro Ximénez grapes, picked at the end of July to capture freshness and a wealth of fruit aromas. With low acidity and alcohol, it spent six months in stainless‑steel tanks before bottling. This white surprises with its aromatic intensity and freshness, and this harvest has completely changed its image.
