For more than two centuries, the name Dow’s has been synonymous with one of the finest Port wines. Throughout the 20th and 21st centuries, the Symington generations have cultivated vines at Quinta do Bomfim and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira, producing wines that are superbly concentrated, intense and tannic when young, and that develop elegance and perfume—notes of violet and mint—upon ageing.
