This vineyard clearly has a few stories to tell – the grapes, harvested by hand with a beautifully patient touch, yield a deep ruby hue thanks to a carefully monitored, naturally fermented process at a precise 30°C. A patient 23-day maceration, daily ‘delestage’, and meticulous hand plunging ensure the full expression of these ancient vines, likely populated by grapes that already know a thing or two about a good life. Following a 24-month aging in French oak, this wine is ready to shine alongside a perfectly grilled steak, naturally.
