Duorum Duorum, from the Valley of the River de Ouro. Soil type: Slate. Vines: Proprietary vineyards located at high altitude, between 400 and 500 m. Manual harvest in 15‑kg boxes. Vinification: Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are kept at low temperature for 48 h. After gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation follows, with 50 % in French oak barrels and 50 % in stainless‑steel tanks, at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16 °C.
