This Duorum Magnum from João Portugal Ramos arrives in our cellar with a wonderfully brisk entry – a touch that hints at a focused, almost urgent, creation. The robot-assisted maceration, maintained at a cool 28°C, really allows the Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, and Touriga Francesa grapes to shine, releasing intense aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant, with a delicate violet note. Expect a firm, mature tannin structure and a well-balanced acidity; it's a wine that will absolutely sing alongside a perfectly grilled beef dish.
