The barrel aging adds layers of complexity without ever sacrificing the backbone of the Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca. It’s a beautifully balanced wine with firm tannins that integrate superbly, and it deserves to be savoured, perhaps alongside a hearty beef roast – a worthwhile investment for the discerning palate.
