Duorum Reserva is a premium Douro DOC red wine made from vines aged between 50 and 100 years in the Cima Corgo and Douro Superior regions, planted on steep schist terraces. The blend features traditional Portuguese varieties, including Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Sousão. Grapes are hand‑picked into small 15‑kg bundles, carefully sorted, destemmed, and subjected to a cold pre‑fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless‑steel tanks using robotic treading, pump‑overs, and delestage, followed by an extended maceration with the skins for up to 18 days, depending on the vintage.
