Erial is a wine of razor‑sharp mineral purity, an altitude white that feels pure granite and gunpowder. It comes from old Godello vines—mixed with a small percentage of other local white varieties—growing in the highest, poorest ravines of Ponferrada. Vertical, austere and profoundly elegant, it trades immediate fruit for a saline structure and electric acidity, placing it among Spain’s great cult whites.
