It brings warmth to high‑altitude sites where Garnacha Tinta grapes ripen to perfection. For El Garbi Tinto, a total de‑gassing was employed: a third fermented dry in steel tanks, a second third introduced into the barrel after two days of fermentation, and the final third halfway through its fermentation. The wine aged seven months in French oak barrels (second, third, and fourth fillings, six barrels in total).
