Description

El Garbi El Garbi is the Arabian wind that blows through the vineyard, playing a vital role in ventilating the tree canopies. It brings warmth to high‑altitude sites where the Garnacha Blanca grapes mature to perfection. For El Garbi Branco, the previously destemmed grapes are pressed very gently. The aim is to extract only the best juice, which yields roughly 50 % of the wine’s volume. Fermentation and ageing take place in 500‑liter French oak barrels of superior quality. Only three barrels are used, aged 2, 3, and 4 years respectively. The wine rests on the lees for seven months before bottling. Awards 91 / 100 – Tim Atkin Allergen information Contains sulfites.
