The National Wine Cellar commits to storing all wines at the proper temperature and humidity, but always preserves the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that, by nature, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of vintage wines. However, we note that wine is a living organism that ages, and even within a bottle, aromas evolve over time. Thus, the National Wine Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, as this will help release its natural aromas after many years closed.
