Monastrell monovarietal wine sourced from vineyards cultivated organically with biodynamic practices. After a brief period in oak barrels, it becomes a juicy, fruity red, fresh and highly appealing. The south-facing orientation of the La Muela vineyard and its altitude allow the fruit to mature more quickly and express itself earlier during its aging process. It is one of those early wines typically enjoyed right after harvest, creating moments of family togetherness – hence the name chosen for this red.
