This Elpenor Noir is clearly setting sail. The nose offers intriguing notes of tea, straw, and lilies – a wonderfully unexpected combination hinting at a spirited character. Grown in the Dão, with its Arinto and Encruzado grapes, it brings a refined elegance that beautifully balances the wine’s boldness. It would pair exceptionally well with a grilled white fish, or perhaps even some wild mushrooms, to really highlight its complexity.
