This “Escolha” from Encosta do Xisto is a little deceptive – that shimmering citrine hue hides a lovely green undertone. It’s bursting with the flavours of green apple and pear, a true explosion of freshness, perfectly echoing the characteristic acidity of Vinho Verde. Seriously vibrant and utterly captivating, it’s fantastic with grilled fish or shellfish – a match made in wine heaven, really.
