This Arinto from Casa Relvas – a collaboration between José Luis Oliveira da Silva and Alexandre Relvas – certainly delivers an experience worth remembering. Expect a lively burst of citrus notes, reminiscent of green apple, alongside a subtle honeyed sweetness, clearly influenced by the vineyard’s character. It’s a wine with impressive structure, reminiscent of the celebrated Casa Santos Lima style, and a refreshing acidity that begs for another glass. Absolutely brilliant with grilled fish or a delicate salmon – a match made in wine heaven, really.
