Description

This "Entusiast" was clearly born of a rather fervent obsession – only 799 bottles produced, a number hinting at a remarkably intimate, almost clandestine, affair. The Pinot Noir, partnered with Viosinho, delivers a white wine with a frankly invigorating acidity, kept in check by a short stint in stainless steel and a curious 14-month aging. Those analytical figures – a pH of 3.13 – suggest a wine with a boldness that’s sure to please the discerning palate. Perfect with lightly grilled fish or shellfish.
