Description

Equinox, manual harvest from 16 to 24 August. Crushing, pressing and static decantation of the must. Natural fermentation and 12 months ageing in an old 225‑liter oak barrel. No malolactic fermentation. Bottled on 24 May 2021 without coagulant or filtration. Prizes Grandes Escolhas Magazine 18/20
