Eremitas Amón de Kélia white, made from the Rabigato grape, comes from a parcel situated 500 metres above sea level, characterised by quartz‑bearing soils. The winemaking follows a traditional approach: foot‑treading in a granite crusher, spontaneous fermentation in concrete vats, and one‑year ageing, all preserving the terroir’s purity. It shows a pale golden hue and an expressive aromatic profile, with floral notes and terpenic nuances. On the palate it offers freshness, balance and a subtle salinity, reflecting its humid origin.
