This “Invisible Ervideira” – a classic Alentejo Aragonez – clearly enjoyed a particularly enlightening time in the cellar. It’s bursting with the warmth of the Alentejo sun, showcasing ripe red fruit and a hint of spice that whispers of a grandmother’s kitchen. The vibrant acidity, rooted in the grapes and the terroir, combined with a well-balanced body, promises to impress even the most discerning palates. Seriously, I’d pair it with a lovely duck rice – a perfect match!
