This “Invisível” from the Alentejo region of Aragon – it seems it’s had quite the night out before revealing itself! Harvested at night and carefully transported in refrigerated trucks, this wine demonstrates a rather meticulous approach to winemaking: a full 24 hours spent decanting at low temperatures. Presumably, this helped to unlock those delightful floral and honeydew/pears notes. Scoring 87 points from *Revista de Vinhos*, it’s a remarkably balanced wine with a subtly sweet finish – a testament to its surprising richness, despite its transparent character. Wonderful with fresh cheeses.
