This Esp. João Clara is a wonderfully bold statement from Negro Mole – it truly feels like stepping back in time. The winemaking is refreshingly straightforward, letting the grape's intense character shine through with a wonderfully vibrant acidity. Rumour has it, it snagged a prize at the Douro Tasting, hinting at a level of complexity you wouldn’t quite expect. Seriously delicious with grilled fresh fish or a generous platter of aged cheeses.
