This “Cuvee Primitivo” seems to have sprung forth in a delightfully spontaneous moment – a boldness we appreciate from the producer. The carefully unmanaged fermentation has resulted in a wine with a vibrant acidity, echoing the character of the Primativo grape, and a refreshing zest that makes it perfect with seafood or a nicely grilled fish. Quite a daring experience, wouldn’t you say?
