This Super Reserva from A. Henriques is undeniably one of those sparklings that makes you feel just a little bit special – and rightly so. Crafted using Arinto, a grape known for its distinctive character, it delivers a vibrant acidity reminiscent of the vineyards of Bairrada. Following a lengthy ageing on the lees, which earned it a gold medal at the International Wine Competition in Jerez, this champagne boasts incredible aromatic complexity and a wonderfully smooth texture – perfect alongside fresh shellfish or a good Manchego.
