This sparkling wine from Adega Aveleda, vintage 2007, clearly enjoyed a rather adventurous journey – those mineral notes hint at a terroir with a touch of stone, perhaps a little too assertive. The fine, persistent bubbles deliver a refreshingly crisp finish, like a celebratory toast to a relaxed moment. Definitely pairs well with grilled fish.
