Colour: Ruby. Aroma: Very fine and elegant, with notes of resin, caroma, black fruits, dried fig, hay and spices – typical of the grape variety and enhanced by wood nuances. Taste: Freshness, structure and lingering gustatory persistence stand out. In the mouth, the same aromatic sensations felt nasally are perceived. Tannins are present but restrained. Very well suited to bottle ageing.
