This “Soalheiro” is a pure shot of concentrated sunshine, truly evocative of a hot Alentejo summer day. The Moscatel de Antuérpia provides a lovely sweetness and texture, while the Malvasia de Setúlan adds a surprisingly refreshing counterpoint. Rumour has it, it snagged a medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards – likely due to the magic of its terroir, or perhaps just because it’s exceptionally good! Wonderful with sheep’s cheese or a classic pastel de nata.
