Estrada da Corte Branco is made from Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Rabo de Ovelha and Bical grapes, aged for six months in stainless‑steel vats. It pours a citrine colour, offers a highly aromatic profile with orchard‑fruit notes, and on the palate it is surprisingly fresh and mineral. Quinta do Carvalhão Torto is a family‑run estate in the Dão region, rooted in a generational tradition. Today the third generation continues the business started by the grandfather, upholding the authenticity of its products by honouring the wisdom and traditions passed down. With roughly seven hectares of vines averaging over 40 years old, the vineyard is maintained sustainably in accordance with integrated pest‑management standards.
