The winemaking team clearly favours harvesting during the coolest periods, resulting in intensely concentrated and elegant fruit. The blend of Chardonnay alongside the classic local grapes – Arinto, Antão Vaz and Verdelho – delivers a complex structure and a lingering finish, well worth noting. Delicious with grilled fish or a seafood rice dish, naturally.
