The nose reveals complex aromas of ripe blackcurrant and raspberry, intertwined with spice notes and a delicate hint of dark chocolate, a result of its 6-month ageing on oak barrels. On the palate, it’s full-bodied, with firm, well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity and a long, pleasing finish. Perfect with grilled red meats, game dishes or aged cheeses. Serve between 16°C and 18°C to fully appreciate its complexity and structure.
