This “Fio De Oiro” – quite aptly named, I think – is a Baga rosé from the Bairrada region that genuinely looks like it’s sprung from a fruit basket. The raspberry-tinged colour is a promising start, and the palate delivers beautifully: a lively dance of strawberry and raspberry. It finishes with an elegant, almost whispered quality; absolutely perfect with grilled white fish or a vibrant salad of red berries.
