This “Firmamento” is a wonderfully direct citrus journey – tangerine and mandarin flirting with your senses. Yet, it’s grounded by a beautiful mineral character, adding a touch of sophistication. On the palate, the tangerine takes centre stage, but doesn’t forget the hint of pineapple and that wonderfully fresh note of damp stone, a clear echo of the granite soils of the Douro. Perfectly balanced with vibrant acidity, it would be superb with grilled fish or delicate shellfish.
