Flor de Sal “Flor de Sal”, a brand associated with the 5th generation of Ervideira wines, with an essence and desire to do something different, irreverent and innovative. In its batches, the blend of domestic and international grapes produces entirely distinct yet seductive profiles. Nothing better than tasting. Harvest: mechanical and nighttime. Vinification: Antão Vaz and Sauvignon Blanc were chosen. These grapes are harvested separately and, as soon as they arrive at the winery, they are pressed and begin fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks inside a cold room, at 10ºC to 12ºC. Pairs well with light and fresh dishes such as salads, shellfish, ceviches and fish‑based plates. It can also be a good choice with fresh cheeses and Asian dishes, where delicate flavors complement the wine’s freshness and fruity aromas.
