Flor de Sal Two brothers, different yet complementary, just like this Flor de Sal. Two varieties, one Portuguese, one international, resulting in more than just a wine—an essence! Our thank you. Be daring, share it. Flor de Sal is a project developed by the fifth‑generation Ervideira, expressing its identity in these wines. Designation: Regional. Harvest: Mechanical and Nocturnal. Winemaking: The varieties chosen are Aragonez and Cabernet Sauvignon. The alcoholic fermentation of Aragonez takes place in “vinimatics” (rotating stainless‑steel tanks), while Cabernet Sauvignon ferments in mechanically crushed vats. Enology team: Nelson Rolo, Duarte Leal da Costa, and Bernardo Leal da Costa.
