Transported in 20‑kg crates, clarified by pressing, with 24 hours of pre‑fermentation maceration, inoculated, and then fermented in stainless‑steel tanks below 24 °C. It ages in French oak barrels for eight months. The wine is intense, 17° Brix, full‑bodied, balanced, and offers notes of red fruit. The tannins are noble and present. It is a wine of great presence, rich, with an engaging and long finish. Sulfites are present.
