Mencía monovarietal from a plot of just 0.10 hectares in Corullón, perched atop the remnants of an ancient caldera. Handcrafted in open fermentation with 100 % whole clusters, the cellar classifies it as a wine of the North and the shade. Fresh, fruit‑forward, and imbued with the character of its terroir, it matures in both oak barrels and Dama‑Jeanne vessels. Only 342 bottles were produced.
