This Foral de Évora is a white wine that’s already hinting at the Alentejo sunshine, boasting a colour reminiscent of the brightest citrus – with a lovely green undertone thanks to the Malvasia Fina. The nose explodes with ripe pears and the characteristic citrus notes of the grape, underpinned by a honeyed richness that speaks of the terroir.
