This wine, hailing from the Foral de Évora, genuinely feels like it stepped straight out of an Alentejo fairytale. Expect ripe red fruit notes mingling with a subtle spice – primarily from the Aragonez and Trincadeira grapes, naturally. The oak aging lends a wonderfully smooth texture and a lingering finish. Seriously, it’s a fantastic match with a hearty roast or some aged cheese; a wine fit for a king, or at the very least, someone who knows their wine.
