The bottles of old wines may show traces of dust and damaged labels, all in keeping with their age. The National Cellar stores every wine at the proper temperature and humidity, but it deliberately preserves the visual character that comes with age. We select brands and regions that, by nature, reveal distinct traits in aged wine tastings. Still, we remind you that wine is a living organism that, even sealed, evolves over time. Consequently, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. We advise opening the bottle and letting the wine breathe first—it will help liberate its natural aromas after all those years in the bottle.
