Produced from Alicante Bouschet and Syrah grapes, grown in the vineyards of the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida and managed under organic production. When the grapes reach the ideal ripeness, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the process begins with complete de‑stemming and gentle crushing. Fermentation, using indigenous yeasts, occurs in stainless‑steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24–27 °C. After fermentation, the wine ages for six months in French oak barrels.
