Garcibuey comes from vineyards situated in the namesake village where Bosi Jiménez was born and now lives, together with his wife Chelo Álvarez, partners and essential part of the Viñas Serranas project. Here, in plots cultivated with organic and biodynamic methods, about 1,500 bottles are made of a round and structured Rufete, with a pleasant balsamic note.
