An honest wine that seeks to reflect the personality of the original Garnacha grape from Aragón, the first known in the world, with records dating back to the 7th century. It comes from organic viticulture on vines aged between 50 and 75 years, with minimal human intervention and natural fertiliser derived from local sheep. It is fermented with wild yeast and has a partial ageing in cement. The result is a very accessible red wine, certified by the Jorge Ordóñez group.
