This Gazela Aire Rosado is a delightful surprise – a burst of pink strawberry that, rather charmingly, still holds a delicate “tickle” – really emphasizing its freshness and vibrancy alongside notes of blackcurrant (Espadeiro) and the characteristic flavour of Vinhão. The attack is wonderfully lively, with a lightness that practically demands you dive straight in, finishing with an elegant and persistent note. Wonderful with grilled fish or a fruit salad, I’d say.
