This delightful wine from Luís Gomes has clearly been on a little holiday – you can almost taste the Serra do Buçaco and the sea! Crafted from Baga grapes thriving on poor, schistous soils, it’s the product of incredibly restrained winemaking, letting the vineyard and cellar’s unique terroir truly shine through. Following maturation in French oak barrels, the result is a remarkably elegant and complex wine, utterly perfect with fresh fish or a generous seafood platter.
