Description

Graham’s “The Tawny” is a Porto Reserva crafted from a special blend, sourced from several wines aged in barrels in the company’s cellars for 7 to 9 years. It is renowned for the balance between ripe fruit and the dried fruit that develops during barrel ageing, giving the wine a subtle amber hue. The wine presents a golden amber colour, with gentle aromas of toasted almonds, orange peel, and spices. Well‑structured and complex, it is inviting and captivating on the palate, with a long, persistent finish. It pairs wonderfully with all kinds of pies and sweets, such as walnut pies, crème brûlée, or even custard tarts. Serve slightly chilled to appreciate the full complexity and voluptuousness of this wine. Once opened, it remains good for several weeks.
