“Granito Cru is a real journey into the heart of Melgaço Alvarinho. Crafted from vines in the Paderne estate – boasting heights between 50 and 150 metres – this wine demonstrates the power of respecting the terroir. Enologist Luís Seabra wisely allowed indigenous yeasts to shine, in perfect harmony with Slovenian oak barrels (1000 and 2000 litre), resulting in a naturally stable wine with the potential to create lees. It’s an absolute delight with grilled white fish or seafood, truly celebrating the Atlantic coast.”
