This grappa is crafted from a careful selection of grape pomace that has just been crushed for the estate’s Amarone wines. Rich and vibrant with an aromatic character, it offers a wonderful bouquet of shrub and red‑fruit notes. On the palate it is smooth and balanced. The story of Zenato is rooted in a family that firmly planted its roots in the land, and thanks to the passion and entrepreneurial vision of its founder, Sergio Zenato, investment in vineyards in San Benedetto di Lugana began in the 1960s. Today Zenato boasts two estates and 95 hectares of superior‑quality vines, planted between the Zenato di Santa Cristina estate in San Benedetto di Lugana—ideal for Trebbiano di Lugana—and the Costalunga estate in Veneto, where the famed Zenato Amarone is born from the classic Corvina, Rondinella, and Oseleta varieties.
