The Greywacke Wild Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough white is a more complex and textured interpretation of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, made from grapes sourced from the Wairau Plains and Southern Valleys. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in neutral barrels and aged on fine lees, it reveals great depth and character. Aromas highlight notes of almond, vanilla, and shortbread, combined with hints of blood orange, smoked tea, and aromatic herbs.
