Grimalt Caballero Tinto

Description

Grimalt Caballero is a wine crafted under the philosophy that "less is more" and that simple things always involve a long, complex process. For its production, two native varieties—Callet and Fogoneu—grown on two small estates at about 100 metres altitude, were used. After simple vinification with indigenous yeasts, the result is, according to critic Luis Gutiérrez, one of the best Mediterranean reds currently produced in Spain. It stands out for its freshness, floral and spicy character, elegance, with a long finish and perfect tension.
