Description

A white wine that presents a straw‑yellow colour and an aromatic profile, featuring tropical fruit, citrus and a slight woody note. On the palate it is fresh, with a surprising mineral character, and finishes pleasantly and extended. Sul Estoril is a family‑run company based in the Alentejo village of Granja‑Amareleja, dedicated to vitiviniculture since the 20th century and operating under the brand Guadelim. The vines are primarily planted with Aragonês, Alicante Bouschet and Alfrocheiro for red varieties, and Antão Vaz, Arinto and Viosinho for white varieties. Production is grounded in sustainability and environmental protection, with vineyards participating in an Integrated Production programme, and the winery facilities powered by a photovoltaic solar panel system.
