Herdade Aldeia de Cima Garrafeira Branco captures the richness and unique freshness of the Serra do Mendro terroir, where soil, climate and local grape varieties combine to reveal an Alentejo with its own identity. After aging in French oak barrels, it offers a complex aromatic profile highlighted by fresh fruit, mineral notes, and hints of Mediterranean woodland. On the palate it stands out for its fine textures and the balance between intensity and brightness, reflecting the uniqueness of the high-altitude vineyards and Atlantic winds that shape this terroir. With a singular biodiversity, Herdade da Aldeia de Cima cultivates 20 hectares of vines that follow the various contour lines of the slopes and valleys. The vineyards are divided into two distinct terroirs: one on the plateau at elevations between 289 and 300 metres, and another in the Serra do Mendro between 300 and 380 metres, on an unusual topography that allows zoning into 24 micro‑terroirs.
